 Franz Erhard Walther (b. July 22, 1939)

In March of 1998, Halley’s text “Franz Erhard Walther—Work Needs the Body: A Strong Misreading,” is published in Franz Erhard Walther—Ich bin die Skulptur, an exhibition catalogue by Kunstverein Hannover. Prior to its publication, in December of 1997, Halley begins correspondence with Franz Erhard Walther to assist in the accuracy of the text.
